The primary mission of the Corporation is to increase the long-term value of the
pension funds it manages and to assist the plan sponsor in meeting the pension
promise to its members.
To fulfill this mission the corporation develops and executes a well diversified
investment strategy whereby the vast majority of the investment activity is carried
out and supported by in-house investment professionals.
